The 31st Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Exercise and Sports Physiology was held in Tsukuba

Hello.

From August 22nd to 24th, the 31st Annual Meeting of Japan Society of Exercise and Sports Physiology took place at the University of Tsukuba.

To participate in the conference, Many researchers gathered in Tsukuba.

 

We would like to share the highlights during this event.

 

Firstly, Niigata University, Osaka Kyoiku University students and our laboratory member introduced their research.

As they are groups conducting research similar to ours, it was valuable learning opportunity.

On the first day of the conference, Dr. Fujii chaired a symposium titled “Conquering the Heat! Heat Countermeasures Based on Exercise Physiology.”

This symposium’s speakers is Dr. Amano (Niigata University), Dr. Kajiki (University of Tsukuba), Dr. Fujimoto (Niigata Medical and Welfare University), and Dr. Sumi (ASICS Corporation).

They are young researchers leading studies on temperature regulation and sweat.

Additionally, a dinner party was held. This party was very exciting to become friend with other university students.
