Hello.

Our paper titled “Effects of High-Intensity Exercise Repetition Number During Warm-up on Physiological Responses, Perceptions, Readiness, and Performance”  has been accepted by Res Q Exerc Sport (Research Quarterly for Exercise and Sport).

This study investigated whether varying the number of repetitions of high-intensity exercise during work-matched warm-ups modulates physiological responses, perceptions, readiness for exercise, and short-term exercise performance.

This paper is based on undergraduate thesis completed by Kota Fujisawa, an alumnus of our laboratory.

Many of the experimental data collected in undergraduate and master’s theses in our lab have been published in international journals!
